Off & Away is closing its doors

Our company was purchased by Lockerz (www.lockerz.com) and we've been working with their team and on their product since December 8th, 2011. Thank you for supporting us for the past two years. It's been a fun ride and we've had a blast curating and offering the best experiences at the best hotels in the world.

If you have outstanding questions or needs, please review the phases of our shut-down below, and then reach out to us:

Phase 1 - Complete

On 12/08/2011 we posted a letter that outlined phase one of our shut-down process

  1. Refunds were automatically issued for all unused, unexpired bids.
  2. We left the Book Now system available to all of those with remaining Book Now Credit, requiring it be used before 1/8/2012.
Phase 2

We are now in phase two of the shut-down process and will remain in a semi-active state until our last guest has traveled (we are projecting Winter of 2012).

  1. The Book Now system has been removed from the site and all Book Now Credit has expired.
  2. If you already have a reservation with us and need to cancel it, have questions, or issues, please contact us at: customerservice@offandaway.com.

We do ask that you contact us at least 24 business hours before the cancellation deadline outlined on your reservation as we will only be staffing the customer service queue part time and want to ensure we submit the cancellation to the hotel in time. Note that under no circumstances can exceptions be made to the cancellation policy outlined on your reservation.

We appreciate your patience as we go through this transition. As usual, our first priority is serving our customers, but we may be just a tad slower in responding than normal. Apologies in advance.
